Larry began his legal career at FSPM as a summer associate while in his second year of law school. After graduating, he joined the firm’s Pennsylvania office in 2021. His practice includes structuring and documenting real estate leases, purchase and sale, and financing transactions, and related matters.
Larry’s appreciation for clients’ business goals comes from personal experience managing multiple family businesses before entering law school. While working towards his law degree and working at FSPM, Larry also provided legal research services for a Philadelphia-based healthcare benefits administrator, served the healthcare law department of a mid-sized Philadelphia law firm representing providers, health systems, and governmental entities, and interned as a researcher for the Policy Surveillance Program at the Center for Public Health Law Research at Temple University, where he collected and analyzed data on local and state regulation of eviction.
Larry received his J.D. from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2020, and his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Temple University in 2013. Larry is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.
In his free time, Larry enjoys studying history and current events through online articles, podcasts, and newspapers, travel and cinema.
