Larry advises institutional landlords, owners, and investors on matters regarding the leasing of office, retail, and industrial premises. He drafts documents for and completes new leases, amendments, renewals, expansions, contractions, assignments, subleases, and other matters. His experience spans transactions from +/-500sf retail space to +/-500,000sf industrial space, including leases for major publicly traded technology and consumer brands. He also advises on leasing workstreams tied to commercial property acquisitions and financings, including execution deliverables, third-party consents, and lender-facing documentation.

Larry has advised on leases with three anchor tenants at a 1.2 million sf retail complex in connection with a $125 million refinancing, including SNDAs and other closing deliverables. He also advised on diligence and negotiations in connection with a $150+ million retail mall acquisition involving an anchor-store sale/leaseback, including transaction documents on behalf of the acquirer/new landlord.

Larry also has advised a private equity platform with more than $30 billion in assets owned and operated, including managing non-disclosure agreements across a high volume of acquisition, disposition, and infrastructure investment transactions.

Larry earned his J.D. from the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2020 and his B.A. in Political Science from Temple University in 2013. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Outside of work, Larry enjoys spending time with his wife and young son, playing drums, watching films, and attending live music, theater, and comedy events.
