Jaron represents clients in a broad range of real estate matters including office, industrial, and retail leasing, acquisitions, property management, construction, and homeowners’ associations. Jaron has negotiated over 10 million square feet of industrial, retail and office leases across the country, including numerous office, industrial and retail leases with national, institutional tenants. Jaron also serves as national leasing counsel for multiple leading real estate investment firms. Before joining FSPM, Jaron practiced at a Philadelphia-based law firm, primarily focused on representing insurers and their insureds in premises liability, environmental coverage and mass tort litigation. Jaron applies his professional experience in and knowledge of the insurance industry, risk management and environmental regulations to his real estate practice.
Jaron was named a Rising Star in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers in 2023 and 2022. He received his J.D. from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2015, and his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Loyola University Maryland in 2012. Jaron is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and California.
Outside of practicing law, Jaron is actively involved with USA Rugby, having coached, refereed, and played across the country for over a decade. He currently serves as Treasurer of the Yardley Makefield Rookie Rugby Club and on the board of David’s New Day, both 501(c)(3) organizations. In addition, Jaron has previously served on the EPRU Disciplinary Committee where he was responsible for ensuring safety and good sportsmanship for all levels of rugby in eastern Pennsylvania.
