Alex represents institutional and private clients in a wide variety of real estate matters, including property and land acquisitions and sales, retail and commercial leasing, financing, refinancing and loan restructuring, and joint venture formations. In the past year, Alex has successfully negotiated and closed real estate acquisitions and sales totaling over $250 million for properties located in California, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, New York, Tennessee, and Texas.
Alex earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 2015, where he was a member of the Emory University School of Law Real Estate Society, and his B.A. in English and Psychology from Boston University in 2011. Alex is admitted to practice law in California.
Prior to joining the firm, Alex was an associate with Public Counsel, the largest pro bono law firm in the nation, where he was able to lend assistance to clients across a litany of public interest fields of law. Outside of practicing law, Alex has a passion for sports, travel and environmental conservation.
