Large Multistate Warehouse Tenant Secures Lease in Texas

On behalf of its client, FSPM negotiated and documented terms for the following:

• New lease for a more than 150,000SF warehouse in Texas (and related tax abatement agreement with the local municipality), and a 2021 amendment that expanded its premises to over 260,000SF;
• Modification of its warehouse lease in New Jersey to increase its premises by more than 75,000SF;
• Extension of the terms of its lease for more than 200,000SF of warehouse premises in Illinois, with the lessor providing a variety of negotiated concessions: and
• New lease for over 210,000SF of warehouse premises in California with the lessor providing various negotiated concessions.
