Jennifer represents clients in connection with a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, construction, leasing, and management of retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use projects.
Her extensive leasing practice includes full-service representation of owners and tenants across all asset classes throughout the entire transaction lifecycle, from developing portfolio-wide strategies to the negotiation of commission agreements, letters of intent, construction contracts, and lease agreements. Jennifer also represents telecommunications companies regarding the development of wireless infrastructure networks, including the negotiation and drafting of tower leases and rooftop license agreements, as well as providing telecommunications services to end users, including the negotiation and drafting of installation and services agreements.
Before joining FSPM. Jennifer was senior in-house real estate counsel for a Fortune 500 retailer, and Assistant Deputy General Counsel of Real Estate for a Fortune 30 telecommunications company. She began her legal career practicing real estate law at an Am Law 100 law firm.
Jennifer earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2011 and her B.A. from The John Hopkins University in 2008. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
