Mr. Fragner endeavors to maximize client satisfaction by focusing on efficiency, practical considerations, and prompt and regular communication in his legal practice. Mr. Fragner represents clients in a broad range of real estate transactions including office, industrial and retail leasing, property management, acquisitions, construction, and homeowners’ associations. Since joining the firm, Mr. Fragner has negotiated over a million square feet of industrial, retail and office leases across the country, including numerous office and retail leases with national, institutional tenants. Before joining the Firm, Mr. Fragner was an Associate at a Philadelphia-based law firm, primarily focused on representing insurers and their insureds in premises liability, environmental coverage and mass tort litigation. Mr. Fragner applies his professional experience in and knowledge of the insurance industry, risk management and environmental regulations to his real estate practice. During law school, Mr. Fragner was an intern in the legal department of Orleans Homes, a large regional homebuilder, where he gained experience working with HOAs and preparing various easements and conveyancing documents.

Mr. Fragner is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and California. Mr. Fragner graduated from Loyola University Maryland, cum laude, in 2012, and received his Juris Doctor degree from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2015. Outside of practicing law, Mr. Fragner is actively involved with USA Rugby, having coached, refereed, and played across the country for over a decade. Mr. Fragner currently serves as Treasurer of the Yardley Makefield Rookie Rugby Club and on the board of David’s New Day, both 501(c)(3) organizations.  In addition, Mr. Fragner has previously served on the EPRU Disciplinary Committee where he was responsible for ensuring safety and good sportsmanship for all levels of rugby in eastern Pennsylvania.
